Ashley Halo Finney, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found drunk in public after leaving work at Panda Express.
Reports said that Finney’s co-workers at Panda Express told police that she had been “acting nervous” and seemed to be “having anxiety” before being sent home due to her “not being in the right state of mind.”
Officers added that Finney was found outside the nearby Discount Tires drunk.
Finney is charged with city drunkenness.
