Cornell Sean Kelly, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to register as a sex offender.
Reports said that Kelly did not complete his annual registration requirements within 72 hours prior to his birthday.
A warrant was taken for his arrest on October 21, 2026.
Kelly is charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
