David Reyes-Cornejo, 28, and Jose Guadalupe Reyes Guzman, 25, both of Rome, were arrested this week after report said they refused to comply with police.
Reports said that the men refused to exit a home on Rooney Road despite request from police to do so.
Police said that they were forced to enter the home so that they could locate them.
Both are charged with obstruction of law enforcement.
