Dustin Copeland Fincher, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a 32 year-old woman.
Reports said that after being given a no-contact order by the courts, Fincher allegedly sent the victim text messages.
Fincher is charged with aggravated stalking.
