Mike Andrie Luana Otero, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was accused of imprisoning, attacking, and destroying the property of three different women at a home on Billy Pyle Road.
Police said that Otero imprisoned a woman by using his body to block her vehicle from leaving the home. He then proceeded to use a crowbar to beat another victim’s vehicle.
Otero is also accused of fighting the victim who was attempting to prevent him from hitting the car with the crowbar. That victim reportedly received scratches and bruising to their arm.
Otero is charged with false imprisonment, battery and disorderly conduct.
