Josephy Lester Houser, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a medical staff member at Atrium Health Floyd and an arresting police officer.
Reports stated that Houser used an EMT’s shirt collar to choke him. When an officer went to speak with Houser, he allegedly kicked them in the face.
Houser is charged with aggravated assault and obstruction.
