An habitual violator, Emily Louise Itson, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found driving drunk and loitering around a home on Ashburn Road.
Police said that Itson drove to the home twice on the same day despite being advised that the person she was looking for did not live there.
Officers said that while speaking to Itson, it was discovered that she had been driving under the influence and was an habitual violator for driving on a suspended license.
Itson is charged with DUI, habitual violator, loitering, driving on a suspended license.
