Queniyah Charnae Dupree, 24 of Rome, was arrested at the Waffle House on Shorter Avenue following a drunken disturbance.
Reports said that Dupree was in an intoxicated condition when she began to act in a boisterous and indecent manner. According to authorities, Dupree was yelling profanities such as fu** while stumbling around others who were enjoying their hash browns.
She is also accused of nearly stumbling into traffic. The incident occurred around 4 am in the morning.
Police stated that Dupree admitted to taking shots before coming to the restaurant.
Dupree is charged with public drunk.
