Rebeccah Jane Rivera Duke, 34 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said she shoved a minor child into a bookshelf and another onto a bed..
Officers said that both children suffered visible scratch marks on their arms and were placed in mental anguish.
Reports added that when they met with the Duke, she refused to exit her vehicle and had to be extracted from her vehicle.
Duke is charged with two counts 1st degree cruelty to children, two counts battery, 3rd degree cruelty to children, obstruction and probation violation.
