AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to welcome Grant Elliott, FNP-C, a family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for patients of all ages. Elliott is now seeing patients at AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care & Urgent Care at Rockmart.
Elliott was called to healthcare by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. He believes in building strong relationships with patients and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams to help individuals achieve their treatment goals with compassion and personalized care.
Elliott earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shorter University and completed his Family Nurse Practitioner education at Kennesaw State University’s Wellstar School of Nursing. He is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
At AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care & Urgent Care at Rockmart, Elliott provides a wide range of services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, diabetes care, wellness exams, immunizations, routine health screenings, treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, mental health care, and women’s and men’s health services.
