Christopher Mayes, 19 of Booneville, MS and Justin Pineda, 17 of Glenn, MS, was arrested this week after reports said they were found loitering in the Circle K parking lot.
Police stated that the teens were found walking behind numerous businesses in a manner that was not usual for law abiding citizens.
Reports went on to say that the teens then proceeded attempted to avoid law enforcement by fleeing on foot.
Mayes is charged with loitering and obstruction of law enforcement.
