Christian Daniel Walker, 43 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said an altercation became violent at a home on Reeceburg Road.
Report said that during an argument with a 39 year-old woman Walker shoved the woman, causing her to fall.
Walker is then accused of destroying several dishes and glasses, which the victim said was her property.
