Thomas Charles Durall, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked a woman at home on Texas Valley Road.
Reports said that Durall was ordered by the courts to not make contact with the victim before he sent her text messages.
Durall is charged with aggravated stalking.
