Demetrice Jermain Kennedy, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he played with his sex organ in front of a woman.
Police said that Kennedy exposed himself in public at 2036 Maple Avenue and played with himself in front of the woman. Officers added that the incident was captured on video.
Kennedy is charged with public indecency and probation violation.
