Elrose Aqueel Kemp, 44 of Rome, was arrested at a local hospital after reports said he was found in possession of suspected drugs after threatening hospital personnel.
Reports stated that Kemp was found with a clear plastic baggie containing a white powdery substance before admitting to ingesting it.
Kemp is also accused of threatening to physically assault the security guard at the hospital.
Kemp is charged with possession of a controlled substance and terroristic threats/acts.
