Adrian Adonis Smith, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of Fentanyl at Atrium Health Floyd
Reports added that Smith gave officers a fake name when they approached and interviewed him.
Smith is charged with possession of Fentanyl, giving false information to police, drugs not in original container and probation violation.
