Jason Lee Selman, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after officers said he was found passed out on the side of Williamson Street.
Officers stated that Selman had a strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath. Selman is also accused of having slurred speech and not able to answer questions. Police did say that Selman “rambled about making strange money”.
Reports added that Selman told officers that he drank at least two Budweiser beers.
Selman is charged with city drunkenness.
