Wesley Brian Bagley, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in a drunken state while acting disorderly in front of a child.
Reports said that officers were dispatched to West 12th Street in response to a drunken teen.
Reports stated that Bagley acted in a violent an tumultuous manner toward a female victim and other neighbors by screaming and cursing at them. A three year-old child witnessed the tirade.
Officers said that when they arrived on the scene, Bagley ignored commands and attempted to escape capture.
Bagley is charged with two counts obstruction of law enforcement, intoxicating minor to the point of causing danger to themselves and disorderly conduct.
