Lindale Man Arrested Again After 13 License Suspensions, DUI Charge

A 50 year-old Lindale man, Michael Wayne Dempsey, who reportedly has had his driver’s license suspended or revoked 13 times, was arrested this week again this week.

Reports said that Dempsey, a habitual violator, was found driving drunk on Maple Avenue at East 19^th Street.

Dempsey is charged with DUI, driving on a suspended or revoked license and being an habitual violator.
