Glenn Andrew Walls, 63 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he caused a drunken disturbance at a ballfield on Garden Lakes Blvd in front of parents.
Reports said Walls walked onto the ballfield and began to curse at parents in front of children.
Officers stated that when they tried to place him into handcuffs Walls resisted, causing a brief struggle with them.
Walls is charged with disorderly conduct, pedestrian influence and obstruction of law enforcement.
