David Joseph Tatum Jr, 19 of Cartersville, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a 19 year-old woman when he was found at her home on Morgan Drive.
Reports said that Tatum was arrested in August for slamming the victim’s head into the ground at the Budgett Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.
Tatum is charged with aggravated stalking.
