William Rilley Pegg Jr, 56 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he intentionally used his vehicle to cause damage to another person’s property.
Police said that Pegg used his vehicle to ram into another’s car, causing approximately $9,000 in damages.
Officers went on to say that Pegg proceeded to flee the scene on Turner Chapel Road. The incident occured on June 13.
Pegg is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property.
