A 40 year-old Rome woman, Brittany Renea Garrett, wanted on a trespass warrant is facing new charges following an altercation with police.
Police said that Garrett refused lawful orders to stop and then attempted to jerk away from officers in an attempt to flee.
Garrett is also accused of refusing to identity herself while in custody.
Garrett is charged with obstruction of police and failure to appear.
