Marcus Tyrell Creamer, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he bit a 37 year-old woman.
Reports said that Creamer bit the victim on the hand before grabbing her cellphone and smashing it on the ground.
Creamer then allegedly put multiple dents in the victim’s car. The damages totaled less than $500.
The incident occurred at a home on McHenry Drive.
Creamer is charged with battery, obstruction of a person making a 911 call and criminal trespass.
