Kevin Von Clifton, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he fought with a 29 year-old female police officer at his home on Dodd Blvd.
Reports said that Clifton resisted officers by causing physical harm to her while she was responding to a call.
Reports sated that Clifton was found at 131 Dodd Blvd after being banned from the location in April. Officers went on to say that Clifton was using profane language in public while in front of small children. He is also accused of threatening to kick a child in the face.
Clifton is charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats/acts, felony obstruction, battery and willful obstruction.
