Larry Bryan Phipps, 41 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a 34 year-old nurse at Atrium Health Floyd.
Reports said that Phipps “made physical contact with the employee causing her to fear for her safety”.
Phipps is charged with simple battery.
