Greyson Evans Fricks, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after being found drunk inside the Peachy Pub bar on Broad Street.
Police said that Fricks was causing a disturbance and was subsequently repeatedly asked to leave. Officers said that when they arrived on the scene, they found Fricks on the corner of Broad Street and East 3rd Avenue with slurred speech and barely to stand on his own.
Fricks is charged with city drunkenness.
