Gary Lee Gilbert, 48 of Summerville, was arrested this week after reports said he exposed his penis and scrotum at the Movies at Mount Berry.
Reports said that the victim was sitting in the parking lot when she noticed a car circling around her vehicle. Police said that the victim began to record the suspect when he parked his car and exited wearing a dress, bra and thong.
While standing at the victim’s car Gilbert allegedly proceeded to pull up the dress up, and sit down while removing his thong. Police added that as Gilbert pulled up his dress, he spread his legs and exposed his penis and scrotum.
Gilbert is charged with public indecency.
