Christopher Lee Bush, 30 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a woman after assaulting her with cereal.
Reports said that Bush violated his conditional bond to stay away from the 22 year-old when he was found at the victim’s Reeceburg Road home.
Police stated that Bush was jailed in July for destroying the victim’s cellphone and throwing a bowl of cereal at her.
Bush is charged with violation of family violence order.
