Arkeshia Denis Tigner, 33, and Jasmine Nicole Johnson, 32, both of Atlanta, were arrested in Rome this week after reports said they stole over $736 in items.
Reports stated that the women stole dresses, t-shirts and pants last Saturday.
Tigner then proceeded to hand authorities an ID that was not hers.
Both are charged with felony theft by taking.
Tigner is additionally charged with giving false information to police, felony conspiracy to commit a felony, 2nd degree cruelty to children, driving unlicensed, reckless driving and attempting to elude police.
Johnson is additionally charged with fugitive from justice.
