Jeffrey Scott Stamey, 52 of Aragon, was arrested this week after reports said he locked and imprisoned a woman inside a home on Lovell Road.
Police added that Stamey also beat the woman with a board, leaving visible injuries to her body.
Stamey is also accused of neglecting his disabled 24 year-old son. Police said that Stamey left his son without necessary substance to the extent that his well-being and health deteriorated.
Stamey is charged with battery, false imprisonment and neglect to a disabled adult.
