Timothy Alan Bailey, 23 of Greensboro, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said he kidnapped an 11 year-old child after having online sexual conversations with her.
Police said that during online conversations with the child, Bailey sent nudes photographs of himself to her.
Authorities went on to say thay after driving to Rome, Bailey picked up the child, drove her to another location where they engaged in sexual intercourse.
Reports went on to say that after realizing the child had been reported missing,Bailey proceeded to drop the child off at a location near her home.
Bailey is charged with kidnapping, aggravated child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, obscene internet contact with a child and interference with custody.
