Leticia Erika Perry, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she destroyed a 42 year-old woman’s cellphone.
Reports stated that the cellphone, which was valuated at $800, was destroyed at the victim’s Green and Gold Blvd Home.
Officers added that Perry later gave them a fake name and date of birth while being questioned.
Perry is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property and giving false information to police.
