Nicholas Julian Arrant, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he followed and stalked a 27 year-old woman.
Police said that Arrant followed the victim to her workplace and then called law enforcement on her with the purpose of harassing and intimidating her.
Officers added that Arrant was later found with marijuana while being booked into the Floyd County Jail.
Arrant is charged with stalking, possession of marijuana, crossing the guard line with drugs and probation violation.
