Ramiro Perez Lopez, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he lied to them during an investigation.
Police said that they Lopez was pulled over on Coosawattee Avenue after they observed him failing to maintain his lane. During the stop, Lopez allegedly gave officers a fake name and date of birth
Police went on to say that Lopez was also found to have been driving under the influence of alcohol and without a license.
Lopez is charged with giving false information to police, DUI, driving without license and failure to maintain lane.
