Rickey Lamar Turner, 48 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he physically attacked his spouse during a domestic dispute.
Reports said that Turner caused “substantial physical or visible harm” by grabbing her arm and leaving a bruise.
The incident occurred at a location on East 15th Street.
Turner is charged with battery.
