Rosa Maria Cornejo Cruz, 60 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole Air Buds while cleaning a room at Atrium Health Floyd.
Reports said that Cruz found the Air Buds in a room and place them in her purse for her own use.
Cruz is charged with theft of mislaid property.
