Christopher Thomas Potts, 35 of Rome, was arrested at Burger King after police say he entered family property after previously advised entry was forbidden.
Upon his entry, reports say Potts was in possession of needles, along with small amounts of meth.
Potts is charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of drug related objects, and Criminal Trespass Ban.
