A food truck owner, who is a convicted sex offender, Earnest Jeremy Simpson, 41 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to report a change of address for his business location.
Officers said that Simpson, who runs EVO Ghost Kitchen, did not report that he changed the address of his food from Kingston to Cedartown.
Reports added that Simpson has been listed on the sex offender registry since 2008 after being convicted of an assault and battery of “high and aggravated nature” in South Carolina.
Simpson is charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
