Terry Womack, 81 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted numerous individuals over shooting off fireworks at a home on Grady Road.
Reports said that Womack came to the victim’s property carrying a shotgun while angry that they were shooting off fireworks. The victims reported that Womack proceeded to threaten to in an effort to get then to stop.
Womack is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of terroristic threats/acts, two counts of cruelty to children and criminal trespass.
