Andrew Glenn Womack, 38 of Aragon, was arrested this week after reports said he returned to a county facility despite having previously been warned to stay off the property.

According to an incident report, officers were dispatched to the facility around 11:12 a.m. on July 28 after receiving reports that 38-year-old Andrew Glenn Womack had been seen inside the building.

Authorities said Womack had been verbally issued a criminal trespass warning on July 22, and the warning had been documented in an earlier report.

Investigators said Womack admitted to entering the property after officers made contact with him. When officers informed Womack that he was under arrest, he allegedly resisted by pulling away, stiffening his body, stepping backward, and refusing repeated commands to place his hands behind his back.

Officers reported that additional law enforcement personnel were needed to bring him under control before he was placed in handcuffs. Authorities also seized a recording device that was in Womack’s possession as evidence.

Womack is charged with criminal trespass and obstruction of law enforcement.
