Tomas James-Andrew Soignet, 26 of Rockmart, was arrested this week after reports said he enaged in inappropriate sexual bevahior with a child.
Reports said that officers were dispatched on June 2nd, to Polk County Police Department regarding a child molestation that occurred at a home on Hillside Drive in Rockmart.
Officers said that they met with a man who stated that a former female family member had informed him that she had engaged in unwanted behavior with Soignet for the last two years.
Officers later arrested Soignet and charged him with child molestation, sexual exploitation of a child, sexual battery against a child, enticing a child for indecent purposes and 1st degree cruelty to children.
