Nichole Allison Dickinson, 51 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of drugs while driving under a substance.
Officers said that they stopped Dickinson on Park Avenue near Dragon Drive for a window tint violation. During the stop she admitted that she was under the influence of methamphetamine and Gabapentin.
Police later found Dickinson in possession of meth and gabapentin, which was not in their original container.
Dickinson is charged with DUI, possession of methamphetamine, possession/sale of dangerous drugs, and window tint violation.
