Larry Eugene Graham, 80, of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports say he intentionally struck a 67 year-old woman in the face with his hand.
Reports did not indicate where the interaction occurred, but did say that the victim and suspect live together at a home on Woodruff Road.
Graham is charged with simple battery FVA.
