Jason Lee McGinnis, 35 of Shannon, was arrested this week after reports said he was found driving drunk with a child in his vehicle.
Officers said that McGinnis was pulled over near the intersection of SR 53 and Burlington Road for not wearing a seatbelt when they discovered him to be intoxicated and with a child under the age of 14 in the vehicle.
During the stop, police said that they also found marijuana in McGinnis possession.
McGinnis is charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, endangering a child by DUI and a seat belt violation.
