Amber Leigh Eason, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she prevented a woman from calling 911 for help.
Reports said that Eason took the victim’s cellphone and then told 911 operators that the call was an accident.
Eason is charged with obstruction of a person making a 911 call.
