Brandi Michelle Morrow, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stalked and destroyed property belonging to a 40 year-old woman.
Police said that Morrow violated a court order to stay away from the victim when she went to her home on Elliott Drive and damaged the plastic compartment of the victim’s air conditioning unit.
Morrow is charged with aggravated stalking and criminal trespass.
