Robinson Obed Gonzalez-Morales, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he thew a water bottle through a window of a home on Shade Tree Lane.
Reports added that Gonzalez-Morales then proceeded to attack two juveniles. Police stated that the victim suffered visible injuries to their arms.
Gonzalez-Morales is charged with two counts of battery and 2nd degree criminal damage to property.
