Jorginho Gncalves Lobo, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to run over a 40 year-old man with his vehicle.
Police said that Lobo weaponized his car by striking the victim at a location on Blacks Bluff Road.
Lobo is charged with aggravated assault.
