Eric Anthony Eugene Blakely, 41 of Rome, was reported to be intoxicated while acting in a loud and vulgar manner at a location on East 19th Street.
Police say Blakely willfully and knowingly resisted 5 law enforcement officers who were attempting to take him into custody.
Blakely is charged with public drunkenness and obstruction.
